ItaliaStephanie Italia Ricci, born on the 29th of October in 1986, is a Canadian-American actress. She is best known for her appearances in the role of April Carver on the ABC Family TV series Chasing Life in 2014-2015. In 2016, she was the character Emily Rhodes, White House Chief Of Staff as well as Special Advisor, in the drama show Designated Survivor. Ricci started playing in American productions with minor parts in House, House and Greek in 2009. During that same year, she had a recurring role in the Comedy Central series Secret Girlfriend as Sasha. In 2010, she starred in Unnatural History on Cartoon Network as Maggie Winnock. She also appeared as herself in a Clean & Clear ad. Ricci was also in Valediction the short film she directed in the year 2011. In 2013, Ricci appeared in a small role in Joseph Gordon-Levitt's debut directorial film Don Jon.
